Welcome to Elementary School Athletics at VCS!

Participation in youth sports has proven to help a child improve social interactions, increase confidence, and improve their learning skills and health (Hanson).

Here are some general aspects of our elementary athletics programs:

• Seasons – A typical season last approximately 5-7 weeks.

• Practices – Each week teams practice 1-2 days, Monday through Thursday.  Practices range from 1 to 1.5 hours in length.

• Contests – Once contests begin, games are on Saturdays between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. 

• Competition – Our program is intra-mural, we establish teams within our own elementary school and compete within this group of teams.

• Coaches – Our dedicated coaching staff is comprised of both faculty coaches and parent-volunteer coaches.

Falcon Stadium

Located between the high school and middle school campuses, the Falcon Stadium hosts football, soccer, and baseball events.  Visitors can enter the campus at the main school address: 1117 Davis Street, Vacaville, CA 95687, driving onto campus until you reach the stadium, where you will find parking available.  Access can also be made from the high school address: 821 Marshall Road, Vacaville, CA 95687, where you will find parking is available.

Falcon Softball Field

Located between to the high school campus and the Falcon Stadium, the Falcon Softball Field hosts our women’s softball events every spring.  Visitors can enter the campus at 821 Marshall Road, Vacaville, CA 95687, where you will find parking available.
